The first time riding a horse is very exciting. It can also be a nerve wrecking time. Our aim in the intro lesson is to ease you into the saddle and get you comfortable being on horseback. We have the perfect horses and ponies with the right skill sets to do just that. In this lesson you will be one on one with an instructor and receive all the support you need for your first horse riding experience.

Here at Endeavour Park we host birthday parties for all ages and abilities.

Birthday Party Package Options;

Option 1:
1 hour of riding (Each child has there own horse/Pony) = $65 per person

This includes games on horse back and a trail ride (pending riders abilities) .

Option 2:
5yrs and under Pony Party which includes pony rides for all children in attendance as well as grooming, feeding, patting and lots of pony cuddles for the full hour. This is a minimum or 5 = $45 per child

Both parties include use of our beautiful gardens to set up your event before or after horse riding.

Optional extras include; turning your child’s pony into a Magical Unicorn for $30

Jumping has emerged as a graceful and entertaining equestrian sport and is an excellent test of fitness, training and courage in a partnership between horse and rider. It is an all round test of horse and rider. We offer intro to advanced jumping lessons.

This is a great way to learn how to ride or get back in to riding in a social environment. This session is aimed to each individual and what they would like to work on in an encouraging atmosphere. Then if you have time, we stay around and have a group lunch.

The responsibility and dedication in riding horses is a great life lesson for children. Riding a horse or pony is great exercise for children and can help to get them off the couch and out into the fresh air. Horse riding keeps them active and outdoors, as well as enjoying a physical activity which they can do with their friends.

Riding itself works many muscles and is great exercise, requiring strength, stamina and co-ordination making it an ideal physical activity to support improved health and fitness for children of all ages.

It can also help to reduce anxiety and as children bond with their horse or pony it can have beneficial psychological effects as well. Horse riding is also used as therapy for children with disabilities.

Come along & have your very own horse or pony for the day. We will ride both before & after lunch sessions. You will also learn how to groom, saddle, bridle and feed your very own horse for the day. Cost is $170 for the full day, or you can come along for a half day the morning or afternoon session for $110. All ages are welcome, including adults and you can even bring your own horse or pony if you wish.

Here at Endeavour Park we have a Practice Cross Country Course where you can utilise your skills from jump and flat work classes. We have Cross Country lessons each Saturday and can organise private cross country sessions if you prefer.

We hold Show jumping events regularly through out the year. We will post dates on our website and social media pages.

The Ride and Learn Homeschool Group at Endeavour Park offers homeschoolers a unique experience that combines horse riding, horsemanship, and education.
