October Riding Camp Program

Wednesday 7th October to Friday 9th October 2009

Day 1

9.00am Arrive: Saddle & bridle horses
10.00am Morning riding - games
12.00pm Lunch
1.00pm Back paddock games:
Hide & Seek
Treasure hunt
3.00pm Ride over to Agistment Centre.
Put horses in yards/ unsaddle/ rug/ feed & water
4.00pm Clean tack
6.00pm to 8.00pm
Dinner & Crazy Hair Disco & Karaoke

(Bring your friends along too!)

Day 2

7.30am Feed & water horses
8.00am Breakfast
9.00am Groom & Saddle up
Gear check & inspection
Ride over to riding school
10.00am Morning riding
12.00pm Lunch
1.00pm Carriage driving demo & practice
Long reining
3.00pm Ride over to Agistment Centre
Put horses in yards/ unsaddle/ rug/ feed & water
4.00pm Clean tack
6.00pm Dinner
7.00pm DVD/Video night

Day 3

7.30am Feed & Water horses
8.00am Breakfast
9.00am Groom & Saddle up
Gear check & inspection
Ride over to riding school
10.00am Morning riding -
12.00pm Lunch
1.00pm Trail ride including cantering around the training track
3.00pm Unsaddle/ rug/ let out for the night
4.00pm Awards Presentation & Finish

Please bring:
Bedding (swag/mattress/camp bed, pillow, blankets)

Kitchen utensils: plate, bowl,cup, knife, fork, spoon, teatowel

plus any special dietary needs and/or medications.
